What follows is representative of what we carry, not an exhaustive inventory. If your machine is not shown, ask — sourcing an unfamiliar part is most of what we do.

A Yiin Chuen water jet loom

Weaving

Water jet looms

A jet of water carries the weft across the shed. Best suited to hydrophobic filament yarns — polyester and nylon — where it runs faster and cheaper than air jet on comparable cloth. Supplied from Zhejiang Yinchun.

Typical output: taffeta, lining, umbrella cloth, tent and bag fabrics.

A Shaoxing Huayu two-for-one twisting machine

Twisting

Two-for-one twisters

Each spindle revolution inserts two turns of twist, so a TFO machine does the work of a ring twister at a fraction of the spindle speed. Supplied from Shaoxing Huayu.

HY310CChemical fibre, high speed
HY318Spun yarn, compact
HY358Pneumatic lifting
HY388Crepe yarn, false twist

A Jiangsu Huayi sueding machine

Finishing

Sueding machines

Abrasive and carbon fibre rollers raise a fine nap on the face of the cloth, giving the soft, dry peach-skin handle finished fabric is sold on. Supplied from Jiangsu Huayi Machinery.

A DOSUN flatbed screen engraving machine

Prepress

Screen engraving systems

Direct engraving of the screens a printing machine prints from, flat or rotary, imaged straight from the file. It takes film, ink, wax and the exposure step out of the process, which is what decides how quickly a new design reaches production. Supplied from DOSUN of Hangzhou.

Typical output: rotary and flat screens for textile printing lines.

Describe your requirement

Weaving

Weaving consumables

The wearing parts on a loom — replaced on a schedule rather than on failure, which is why they are the ones worth stocking.

  • Reeds
  • Healds
  • Drop wires
  • Temples
  • Weft cutters
  • Yarn guides

Shedding

Shedding & jacquard

Cam boxes, dobby mechanisms and jacquard harness components for the shedding motion.

  • Cams

Electrical

Sensors & electronics

The parts that stop a machine without any visible wear. Bring us the part number from the housing or a photo of the label.

  • Weft feelers
  • Photocells
  • Encoders
  • Drive boards

Twisting

Twisting & spindle parts

Spindle-side components for two-for-one machines, where wear shows up directly in yarn quality.

  • Spindle assemblies
  • Pots
  • Tension discs

Send us the part number

Machine make, model and the part number is enough. A clear photo of the old part works too. Fast-moving spares are held in Cairo — the rest we source directly.
