What sueding does
Abrasive and carbon fibre rollers raise a short, dense nap on the fabric surface. The result is a softer, drier handle and a matt finish — the peach-skin effect sold on lining, bedding, outerwear shell and upholstery cloth.

The horizontal machine. It carries six sanding rollers with four carbon fibre rollers optional, takes the wider 305 or 334 mm carbon fibre rollers, and runs dry or wet — the more configurable machine, at a lower top speed.
