What is in the machine

Magnetic grid from Germany, with laser, bearings and servo motors from Japan.
Self-developed multi-accuracy lens, which is what lets it hold full-bottom halftone and ultrafine lines.
Semiconductor constant-temperature control, so it runs long hours at ordinary room temperature rather than needing a conditioned room.
Automatic optical power balancing across the laser channels, extending diode life.
No film, ink or wax — the consumable cost of making a screen largely disappears.

What we do around it

We specify the machine from the screen sizes your printing tables take, clear it through Egyptian customs ourselves, and install and commission it on your floor. Our technicians are on call afterwards, and we hold the fast-moving parts in Cairo.
