The larger rotary machine of the two, in three screen sizes to 3500 mm. It takes repeats from 400 to 2500 mm, runs sixteen laser channels as standard with twenty-four available, and reaches 1440 dpi — the one to specify where the designs are fine and the repeats unusual.

German reducer, with laser, bearings and servo motors from Japan.
Self-developed multi-accuracy lens, for full-bottom halftone and ultrafine lines.
DOSUN’s patented laser constant-temperature technology, with water cooling or semiconductor smart cooling available.
Automatic optical power balancing — laser intensity is set and the channels evened out, which holds exposure efficiency and extends diode life.
No film, ink or wax anywhere in the process.

What we do around it

We specify the machine from the screens your printing line runs, clear it through Egyptian customs ourselves, and install and commission it on your floor. Our technicians are on call afterwards, and we hold the fast-moving parts in Cairo.

Note the ambient requirement: this machine wants 8 – 28 °C and 30 – 50% humidity under yellow light. Worth checking against your room before ordering.
