What is in the machine

Epson head, bearings, servo motor and driver from Japan, with the reducer from France.
Self-developed constant ink supply — the ink does not slosh in the bottle and the level stays put, so head pressure stays steady and the imaging stays even.
DOSUN’s own frame loading method, which holds the screen in the same state it will be in on the printing machine and fixes the head-to-screen distance.
That fixed focus also keeps the head from striking the screen — the failure that costs both a head and a screen.

What we do around it

We specify the machine from the screen sizes your printing tables take, clear it through Egyptian customs ourselves, and install and commission it on your floor. Our technicians are on call afterwards, and we hold the fast-moving parts in Cairo.

Worth pairing against the Blue Flatbed laser machine: this is roughly twice the speed, the laser is the finer imaging.
